Shipping Dispatch & Delivery

Generally, orders shipped domestically (within Australia) are in transit for 1 – 7 days. Orders shipped internationally (outside of Australia) are in transit for 3 – 30 days. This varies greatly depending on the shipping service.
If delivery time has exceeded the estimated time frame, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

We endeavour to dispatch in-stock orders within 2 business days. We operate on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on public holidays at which time we will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

Our delivery will require a signature on receipt so please make sure that you have an appropriate address and somebody who can sign for it when your delivery arrives. Once sent, we cannot redirect it.

All orders have a tracking number and you can monitor it online to check the progress of your delivery. For international orders, please track your parcel using your country’s tracking postal services using the same tracking number.

We offer free shipping to Australian and New Zealand customers for purchases over $200.00

A flat Rate of $45.00 with an express international courier via Australia Post will be charged. Delivery takes approximately up to 6 business days.

Please note, your delivery may experience delays because of customs. This is out of our control. Also, prices are not inclusive of customs duties and taxes.

Shipping costs will not be refunded to those who refuse to pay their country’s import taxes when the parcel arrives, which may result in their parcel being returned to sender.
