Refund and Returns Policy

RETURNS

We offer store credit on change of mind returns if the item has not been worn. Kindly contact us via email on hello@salau.com.au or submit a Returns Request Form online within 7 days of receiving your purchase including your order number and a description of what you want to return. Please note we are unable to accept returns for pierced jewellery or hair clips for hygienic reasons.

Please note, shipping fee will be charged for exchanges.

We also reserve the right to not repair or to add a cost to any goods returned after the warranty period.

Please note, SALAU cannot take responsibility for loss of returned goods through shipping post.
